Process engineering is the backbone of any high-margin food or beverage operation.

These processes include continuous fermentation, high-volume batching, thermal processing (pasteurization, HTST), CIP, SIP, utility integration, controls, SCADA, MES, and automation. From napkin sketch PFDs and mass balance through detailed P&IDs, equipment specifications, structural platform design, and commissioning. Minimizing inefficiencies at every step is the foundation for keeping cost per pound low.
