Stephen Holmes is Principal Engineer of Ferment Service, bringing twenty years of experience across food and beverage manufacturing, capital projects, construction, environmental, and process optimization. He's held roles at every level, from everyday laborer to licensed engineer of record. What sets his work apart is his deep thought regarding how things get built and their long-term potential and impact. He's the owner of Ferment Service, a fractional engineering practice that provides technical know-how to CPG and with a keen eye for what matters most.
